Another week has gone by. This was a difficult one as I faced many challenges of which I failed 3. It is therefor that I have not lost any weight this week! This is how important it is that you stick to the program. Don't deviate from it. You might think a chocolate here and a pizza there will not make a difference, but it does. Yes, you can cheat for one day in the week, but no more!

Anyway, here I am and looking forward to the next week.
