So, I know I'm 2 days early, but I'm quite excited so I just had to share the news with you.

For the first time in a very very long time have I seen my weight drop to the low 86'e. To be exact, 86.2kg!

WOW, I'm so excited! I did not expect results within the first week already, but here they are and I'm extremely happy about it! Can't wait for next week... Anyway, I'll post photo's on Friday.
